Caulifower Crust Pizza

Caulifower Crust Pizza

If you are living a gluten free life you have had to give up many things. But great pizza isn't one of them! Cauliflower pizza crust is amazing even if you aren't living gluten free. It's easy to make, healthy and when combined with a Silverton Sauce full of flavor!

It's so easy to find toppings for pizzas- you can use just about anything. My favorites are mushrooms, sausage, spinach, and of course cheese!

You choose any of your favorite toppings for your pizza and match it with your favorite Silverton Sauce. Try Apple Rum Sauce with sausage, hamburger, chicken, pepperoni. Honey Bourbon Sauce pairs great with hamburger, chicken, ham, peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes. Pineapple Bourbon make a great Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple.

MBB BBQ Sauce is a sweet, smoky, sauce made from local maple, bacon and beer that is the perfect pairing with so many pizza toppings. Give them all a try!

Here's my favorite cauliflower pizza crust:

1 12 oz bag of frozen cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Cook the cauliflower until tender. Drain well, cool and mash. Squeeze out as much water as possible.

Combine the remaining ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture to the baking sheet and spread out into a circle. Bake for 20 minutes at 400.

Spread a thin layer of your favorite Silverton Sauce or a marinara sauce. Top with your favorite toppings and drizzle with your favorite Silverton Sauce. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
