I am so to announce that the Silverton Sporting Ranch BBQ bar food trailer is now serving! I will be making great dishes that will feature my sauces. This is an opportunity for customers to samples sauces on a variety of smoked meats, side dishes, sandwiches, and more. How cool is that?????
Not only will customers get goodies like my Pulled Chicken Sandwich with Pineapple Bourbon Sauce and Pineapple Salsa or my Apple Rum Sauce Pork Belly Burnt with Orange Vodka Baked Beans but you can wash it all down with a great Maine Made Capt'n Eli's soda in Root Beer, Cream, Orange, Black Cherry, or Blueberry. I love these sodas made with cane sugar and so perfect with BBQ!!!

This is truly a Maine Made venture. The trailer was made in Winslow, ME, purchased from Trailside Performance ( Thanks Cooper!) in Newport, ME. Designed by me, and the interior finished by me.
I moved and resized the ramp so that I could use it to extend the size of the porch and to make easier to load and unload grills, generator and other equipment.
Selling my Maine Made sauces and Capt'n Eli's Maine Made Sodas completes the Maine Made project!
