Special Blend Marinade for Waterfowl

Developed by me to encourage my waterfowl hunters to want to eat the wild duck and goose they were getting ( and then I could take them out hunting for more!). This waterfowl marinade will transform your wild duck and goose so your family and friends will swear they are eating steak- ( then you can go hunting more!) Once marinated the meat can be used in so many other ways such as breaded and deep fried, in pasta dishes, fajitas and more.

This has been tested on Canada Goose, Snow Goose, Mallards, Mergansers, Eiders and all are great!
Made with fresh garlic, parmesan cheese, white wine vinegar, and smells amazing. Gluten/Soy free marinade.  Gluten Free
