What can I say but YUMMM.. This is such an out of the box sauce that works in so many ways. My favorite way is on french fries...it's kind of like a fancy ketchup but then I tried it on ham, kielbasa and it worked. A customer said he uses it on scallops...and who doesn't like apple sauce with pork!!
